		<description>Mate, i cannot agree more really. i have found much the same issues from working in the industry. I would say the key fact that stands out is the &quot;It can&#039;t be done done&quot;. I must have said that like 10 times in the first two weeks where i worked and then realised &quot;oh wait it can be done&quot;, after the first two weeks i never said it again unless i researched the problem (sometimes in my own free time) and knew 100% that the thing we was using could not do it 100%, but even then i would try other solutions to try and write it in myself.

Overall good post i will give you a #### out of 5 (you lost the one as you should have made our life sound even harder)
